Buildora was created to give property teams a clean, professional way to communicate with tenants. We focus on the workflow that matters: notices, maintenance, and clear records.
Our early access roadmap is shaped by real property operations, practical onboarding feedback, and the need for cleaner day-to-day coordination.
Buildora exists because local rental property owners needed a centralized way to manage maintenance and tenant requests. Before Buildora, most workflows happened via email, WhatsApp, or paper, which made it hard to track issues and keep tenants informed.
We keep the UI open-ended so rollout and payment limitations are not baked into the product experience.
